WEB-BASED TRAINING
Most of our trainings are supported in one form or another by web-based training modules.
Some of our clients choose to use an on-line e-learning module to prepare delegates for the training (e.g. familiarizing them with key concepts covered in a class). In some cases this allows to reduce class-room time, e.g. that your sales force has to spend less time in a class-room.
For some of our programmes we also offer an on-line Academy to allow delegates for in depths reading of various concepts.
In other cases we use web-based modules to re-inforce learning after a training.
VIRTUAL TRAINING
Up to date, we are able to deliver 60% of all our classes virtually, using a variety of plattforms such as WebEx, Web Meeting, etc. to create virtual class-rooms in which input can be delivered, exercises managed by the trainer, and discussions led.
After a class-room training, we offer virtual re-inforcement sessions in which the trainer can meet all delegates from the group to answer questions and mentor best-practice sharing.
